Moyglass Timber Extractions  Ltd was founded in 1991 in Moyglass, Co. Galway by Peter  van den Hof. Peter had already been working in timber harvesting since 1984.

The company has been harvesting on a contract basis now for many years with 'Coillte' and all the major sawmills in Ireland. Work has been carried out mainly in counties;  Galway, Clare, Mayo, Roscommon and Limerick.

We also have many years experience in repairing various harvesters and forwarders for our own company and also for other contractors.

In 2013 Moyglass Timber Ltd was incorporated into a company, with the specific intention of concentrating on supplying forest machinery spares.

The company has been appointed as sole Irish distributors for Baltrotors rotators and drop links and also for Taimi hose swivels.
